Yoga is not good for you – A Dad trying to cope with the loss of his Partner and becoming a single parent. – Single Dad, Parents Article

I thought yoga was supposed to be relaxing. My new Yoga dvd arrived yesterday . So I eagerly tried to open it so I could see my stress levels tumble off me. Unfortunately it had been cellophane wrapped by Superman. Eventually I managed to slice open the wrapping and my thumb with the kitchen knife. Good start to my yoga career. After applying plaster to cut thumb put yoga dvd into player and get an error message. Invalid dvd region…

National Clear Your Clutter Day. What other useful or strange days exist in our wacky races type of world. Today is apparently Hamburger Day. Tomorrow is Learn about Composting Day – I defer to Rory for all things to do with composting. Before I start getting a bit Monty Python some national days are truly great ideas. It’s been one of THOSE days AGAIN….. I opened the curtains to be blessed with the site of bird poo on the window. When I say bird poo given the volume of the dropping I suspect it was a Pterodactyl. Surviving The First Month – Boobs And All (Plus, Win a Breastpump!) – Parents Article

Bear Attack Tips! – Single Dads are Cool – Single Dad, Parents Article

Ahahahah! This is so freaking good! When I lived in Canmore we were hiking and ran into not only a bear, but a mama bear with 2 cubs!!! It was simultaneously the cutest and scariest moment of my life. It was a super popular trail so they must have been used to hikers as they just scurried off without a thought. Good thing too as we forgot our bear spray! I actually had to call Parks all the freaking time…
