When it comes to weight-loss and fitness, I fall into the all or nothing category.  If I don’t give it 100 percent, I will quit somewhere along the way.  Doesn’t mean each week I will be perfect.  And it doesn’t mean I won’t have a day or two I won’t exercise both night and morning.  But it does mean I cannot do half measures about anything.  I needed to give up desserts.  (Except for any holidays when not trying desserts…
