So I started a Sugar Free February at the beginning of this month. As I mentioned in my previous No Sugar February post last week, I started after seeing something on social media about creating new habits by giving up added sugar for 28 days. My brainstorm was to attempt this challenge in February due to there only being 28 days in said month. Well, except this year – 2020 is a Leap Year, ya know. So how neat and tidy is that – choose to forego sugar for those 28 (29) days in February, creating a No Sugar February, and reap the benefits longterm.
I found out this isn’t all my idea – again, you can read about how Cancer Research UK uses a Sugar Free February to raise funds in last week’s blog post. Great minds really do think alike. JK
